I have the right login information, why can't I login?

Please make sure that you have the following information correct:
URL- https://documents.onlineschool.ca/share
Username - This will be the first part of your email address. (Example: john.doe@onlineschool.ca) So the username will be john.doe
Password - This will the same password you use for logging into your email.
